We take project management and safety seriously. From project kick-off to its completion, we think of every detail to ensure your flooring installation project runs smoothly, on-time, and on-budget. That’s our job.
Field supervisors are your on-the-ground managers, ensuring the job runs smoothly and safely. Every project will have one or more dedicated field supervisors, depending on its size and complexity. Your field supervisors know your project from top to bottom. They are there to guide field staff, answer questions, ensure quality standards are met and solve any problems that might come up.
Your project manager handles all the details:
- Train and manage all crews in proper equipment use
- Customer communication and expectations
- Ensure all paperwork is processed on-time
- Ensure all work is done to your satisfaction before job completion
Ensuring a safe work environment is ingrained in the Enterprise culture. It’s even on our team shirts. All field supervisors not only complete the OSHA 10-hour training but also a comprehensive 30-hour OSHA certification course. In addition, all employees are trained in CPR, first Aid, and fire extinguisher usage fire prevention.
We also follow site-specific safety protocol to ensure that safety standards are being met for every type of product used on the project. Before starting a project, we hold pre-construction meetings with all crews to address safety guidelines and any potential hazards. During the project, we continue to monitor and emphasize safety with weekly on-site safety meetings.
